Patient Engagement & Retention Specialist

The Patient Engagement & Retention Specialist is responsible for enhancing patient retention and the overall patient experience. This is accomplished by identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies so that patients can more easily access needed care with minimal barriers while having the best experience possible from beginning to end. This position is responsible for data analysis, improvement of internal processes and implementation of an extended customer service training program. He or she makes recommendations for improvements and works collaboratively with other departments to bring change to fruition.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic employee who can roll out our customer service training program.  We are looking for a customer-centric employee who can identify gaps, analyze data and recommend process improvement.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years Customer Services experience in a service environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office 2010 suite products, including Access, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
